We’ll have an opening circle to support each other with intention for the ceremony. You will be activated by the magical heart-opening and powerfully healing raw, organic, blessed ceremonial cacao. Eve combines the use of Cacao with guided meditation, attuned specifically to a group that comes together.

This way all you do is follow along with your mind and imagination. No previous experience is required! As your daily thoughts drift into the background as your inner journey begins.

You will be lead into your journey that will attune your body and personal energy field to it's natural healed and balanced state. In harmony you will then be guided out of the meditation back into consciousness feeling renewed. We will close with a deep spiritual blessing.

You will leave feeling:

• purified, nurtured, and open in your heart center

• empowered, seen and loved

About Cacao Ceremony:

Due to certain active ingredients that help release ‘feel good’ emotions, cacao is considered a powerful heart opener that paves the way to transformation through self-love.

A cacao ceremony is an opportunity to connect to yourself and open your heart. Because of cacao’s ability to increase your connection to your inner self and your heart chakra, it aids in any transformational shift you are working towards, whether you are looking to deepen your understanding of who you are, release old patterns and traumas, or move into a more self-confident space. Whatever your path, the intention is yours to set, and the cacao allows you to the insight and awareness to move towards that goal.

Cacao has an ancient history of opening people to the wisdom of the heart. The ancient Mayan word, Chokolaj, which means “drinking chocolate together,” reflects how integral cacao was to the lives of the Maya. They believed the cacao tree is sacred and honored cacao for its ability to connect and heal their inner selves, community and spirit through ceremony.

*For optimal effect of the cacao, it's best to fast for 3 hours before and partake lightly of caffeine, alcohol and dairy for the day. Hydrating with water, before, during and after ceremony, and drinking electrolytes, is advised as cacao is a mild diuretic and detoxifier. Drink only small amounts of cacao if you are on medication for your heart , depression, have glaucoma or are pregnant.
