Elizabeth Brewer is the founder of SLK, the global movement to Spread Loving Kindness around the world. Elizabeth has been certified, teaching, training and leading others for nine and a half years. She created, developed and lead her own SLK

retreats and congresses in Brazil. Elizabeth's mission is to catalyze the possibility of optimal health for all people by translating the best practices of her knowledge as a transformational leader, Movement Therapist, Yoga Alliance Certified Education Provider and E-RYT Registered Yoga Teacher, National Academy of Sports Medicine CPT, with a degree in Public Health-Health Behaviors, to help educate, inspire, and empower others to embrace a life of wellness.
